A message from Joel
Some of you reading this are having problems. I want you to know that you do not have to deal with your problems alone. There is help. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, mood swings, phobias, traumas or if your marriage is not going well, counseling can help. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you find help and healing. If you would like to book an appointment my text and phone number are listed above. My website is burkescounseling.com. I would appreciate helping you.
PARTNERSHIP
In my counseling I want to develop a working alliance. I believe clients and therapists should partner together to reach goals. It may be necessary to explore difficult areas of your life. I understand how difficult therapy can be. I work hard to help client move forward at their own pace. I also believe the most productive counseling experience come when there is a shared investment in therapy. I ask clients to invest time and energy in the process of healing and growth. When that occurs, growth usually follows. If you are an individual or couple in need of therapy, I look forward to helping you reach your goals. Don't hesitate to reach out to me. I offer a 15 minute phone consult to discuss your situation and need. This gives you an opportunity to hear from me, present you concern and determine if I am a good fit for you are your needs. The 15 minute phone consult is free.
